Another study with ref from Suicidegirls.com
Loved the pose, face, hand, everything so I had to draw it :>

3½hours, again just focusing on conveying form with less value shifts, something I really struggle with. I want a more realistic feel to my art.

Sorry for lack of original art, busy working but my contract runs out in a few weeks so I'll have more time, I've got a few paintings planned then.

Damn, son. This is freakin' nice. Her expression is just... so annoyed! lol it's like her photographer pissed her off or something. (Not a SG subscriber, no clue about the real story.)

Tell me you didn't do those fishnets by hand. >_< Gives me a headache even thinking about it. Either way, I love this. Just amazing.

Well depends on what you mean by "by hand" ...
I just made a brush to create a crisscross pattern and then warped, cut and pasted it to flow around the form.
I really wouldn't have to patience to draw every single strand <_<

That is genius! I've only recently learned about warping things. Never thought about it much, but it's effectiveness is evident!

Well, if you were going for realism, you friggin nailed it. I was all like, "Who's this Chris guy on my watch list, posting pictures from suicide girls?" Had the torch lit and everything, until I clicked on it and realized it was a painting. Hat's off to you sir.
